Block Printed items:

Order will be sent via Sendle or Australia Post. Postage delivery times depend on delivery location. You will receive a tracking number with your order confirmation. For any shipping disputes or resolutions, please reach out to Australia Post or Sendle directly.

All orders are quality inspected before shipping, to ensure they are in sellable condition.

Clay Goods:

At the current moment, these are made to order with a 5-6 week lead time. All orders will be dispatched according within 48 hours of AHW receiving them in our Melbourne based facility.

IF AN ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED

In the case an order arrives damaged we will require the following to receive a replacement piece; 

1. An external photograph of the box, showing clearly the label and tracking code. 

2. The condition of the contents, and the internal packaging itself. 

3. A clear photo of the damaged item

RETURNS - GENERAL

We offer an exchange to be chosen at AHW discretion on all full price orders (excludes sale items and clay goods, see clause ‘Return - Clay Goods’ below), if requested within 7 days from when your order is received. Goods must be in original condition and packaging, item/s to be unused and unwashed, in order to qualify for a return. AHW pieces cannot be refunded for change of mind, except where the item is faulty or defective upon receipt

To request an exchange, please get in touch with vee@studioezra.com with your purchase receipt, order name, order number and reason for exchange.

Freight and postage costs for exchange items are to be covered by the customer. We recommend you consider using a trackable or registered post/shipping service as items returned by the customer that are lost by postal services will not be refunded or exchanged by AHW.

Upon receipt, the team will inspect the return to make sure it is in perfect, unused condition. The decision to accept the return is at AHW discretion. Once the return has been approved, please allow 7-10 working days for the refund to be processed.

RETURNS - CLAY GOODS

Due to the fragile nature of the product, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any products within our clay range

Please note: AHW Clayware is all handmade in Victoria, Australia. There will always be beautiful variation of colour and shape on all pieces that do not constitute fault or defect - these variations are what makes your piece unique.

All pieces are inspected carefully prior to packing to ensure quality, though if you feel as though you have received a product with fault or defect please contact vee@studioezra.com to discuss possible exchange at AHW discretion.

RETURNS - SALE ITEMS

Only full priced items may be refunded or returned. unfortunately, sale and sample  items cannot be refunded.
