Georgia's Pea Bruschetta

Summer is our favourite season here at AHW and theres a good reason for it too. I love hosting dinner party's and a balmy summer evening is the perfect time to do that, in my opinion. Here is one of my favourite share recipes for summer entertaining. 

Pictured: Large Oil Decanter, Grate-Full Bowl

WHAT YOU NEED

Fresh or frozen peas

Fresh baguette

Fresh mint

Avocado

Goats cheese

Olive oil

Salt

STEPS

1. Boil your peas until cooked, allow to cool

2. Mash peas

3. Dice avocado

4. Chop mint 5.

Stir altogether, set aside

6. Slice your baguette on an angle

7. Spoon pea mixture on top

8. Garnish with crumbed goats cheese

9. Finish with an olive oil drizzle and some salt
